MIT Enterprise Forum Bangalore continues its Grand Challenge - Education series

Programme:  

India will add 10 million people to the workforce every year till 2025 accounting for 28% of the global workforce. The quality of this workforce and their ability to add value depends on the education process. The session will discuss

  • Employment assessment with special focus on on-job success
  • Capabilities required for new entrant to the workforce to succeed
  • Focus of education in enabling students to build sustainable life skills

Speaker: Madan Padaki

Head Strategy & Incubation Group, Manipal Global Education & CEO, Erudient. Co-founder of MeritTrac and Co-founder Trustee of the Head Held High Foundation. He is the author of several articles on HR & Employability which have been featured in leading publications across India. Mr. Padaki is an active member of NASSCOM, CII and TiE. He also serves on the Governing Council of DOEACC.

Moderator: Swami Manohar

Founder & CEO LimberLink. Limberlink was founded in 2009 by V Vinay and Swami Manohar. Earlier, the duo had also set up PicoPeta Simputers, which was sold to Geodesic Information Systems in 2006.
